Last weekend, my family all met together at my parent's house to help them put together this swing set. I figured that since it was for our children we should all come help, plus it was my Dad's birthday so we had a BBQ too. I'm glad that we came to help. It would have taken my Dad forever to build this. The box said to plan for 8-10 hours to put together, we all had a good laugh about that, until it really did :P We even had 7 of us and it still took that long. It's not like it was really hard, there were just a million little pieces and the wood wasn't marked or numbered so it took a while to sort through everything. We started early in the morning, but it took a while to build and of course we picked, I think, the second hottest day of the year to build this. It was so stinking hot! But we got it all built and finished and my Dad only yelled at me once for pushing the screws in too far. Good times.
