No I didn't disappear off the face of the earth, honestly I've just been too lazy to come up with something to blog. See, my life isn't very exciting, well... more like it's not exciting at all. I wish I had some great excuse for not blogging but I don't. So here is a quick catch-up of what has been going on this last month.
- First up, I completed my quest and reached my goal weight! Wahoo, 30 lbs gone, 3 pant sizes down and I am so excited. I haven't been this weight since my senior year. Now this was not without effort, I've been eating 'better' and running 2 1/2 to 3 miles a day for months. I completely my goal a little over two and half months after I originally intended, but hey better late than never!
- We went to Salem days a couple weeks ago and Meagan got to see her first fireworks because Kameron kept her up. She's never stayed awake until it gets dark before, and no she didn't sleep any later the next morning so no more staying up for her. She didn't mind the fireworks, but was more interested in what Kash was doing.
- I sliced off my of my fingernail with a potato peeler. Yeah, it was as bad as it sounds. It has almost grown all of the way back now. Maybe that was my excuse, loss of typing ability?
- My yard is weed-city, literally. I hate the hot summer months, no motivation to go out and do anything about it.
- I just discovered chocolate animal crackers, they are awesome. I highly recommend that everyone eat them.
- I backed my car into Kameron's co-worker's car while it was parked in our driveway (they carpool to work) yep, I'm awesome.
And that pretty much sums it up, I know this has been THE most exciting month ever.
